Over the last 20 years, Gareth has been instrumental in building organisations which have a unique proposition for pharmaceutical customers in areas such as patient support, market access and evidence generation.
In the last five years, he has led the development of the international business of a leading Rare disease market access business delivering launch solutions across 30 countries. He has also spent significant periods of his career working within top 10 pharma companies, biotech organisations, and Europe's largest homecare provider supporting accelerated approval and uptake of innovative medicines.

Tom is a senior sales and marketing executive with two decades of experience working with blue-chip pharma and med tech companies.
With SLT Board Level experience, Tom has extensive experience of leading omnichannel strategy development as well as the successful implementation of these strategies through in house teams and outsourced partners to support product launches and established brands.
